The simulated scenarios of Labams evolve through several quarters and years. Michelsen Consulting will recommend the optimal number of decisions for each simulator. The number of decisions simulated will force participants to plan and to live with the consequences of their own decisions. The results obtained by each management team influence the final mark for the course following Michelsen Consulting recommendations, based on scales incorporating previous experience with each simulator. The firm will also suggest how the professor should run the final review and critique session, where all participants learn why each company “won” or “lost”, dispersing horizontally and quite dramatically, the experiences lived during the simulation.
